Build Your Practice at Nayeli
Nayeli Clinic is a collaborative, multidisciplinary health clinic in the Westshore, bringing together skilled practitioners who share a commitment to thoughtful, individualized care.
We are growing our team and are interested in hearing from practitioners whose experience, approach and services would complement the work already happening at Nayeli.
We are particularly interested in Registered Acupuncturists and TCM Practitioners, Naturopathic Doctors, Osteopaths, Registered Massage Therapists and other medical-based, skilled bodywork practitioners, as well as complementary and integrative health practitioners.
Independent Practice. Shared Clinic.
Our practitioners maintain their professional independence and, where applicable, their own practice name and identity, while working as part of Nayeli Clinic.
This offers something different from simply renting a treatment room.
Practitioners at Nayeli become part of an established clinic, with access to the clinic environment, amenities, administrative support and booking infrastructure needed to run a professional practice. Rather than having to create and manage every aspect of a standalone clinic, practitioners can focus more of their energy on their patients and building their practice.
At the same time, each practitioner maintains responsibility for their own clinical work and brings their own expertise, interests and approach to the clinic.

Our goal is to provide the independence and flexibility of private practice without the isolation—or administrative burden—of doing everything alone.
Who We’re Looking For
We are selective about who joins Nayeli because the experience of the clinic depends on the people within it.
We are looking for practitioners who are skilled and confident in their work, professional and reliable, warm with patients and respectful of their colleagues.
We value practitioners who want to grow their own practices while also contributing to the strength and reputation of the clinic as a whole.
Both established practitioners and motivated practitioners who are actively developing their practices are welcome to reach out.
A Collaborative Place to Practise
While everyone at Nayeli brings their own expertise and professional identity, we work under one clinic umbrella.
We believe there is tremendous value in working alongside practitioners from different disciplines—learning from one another, developing professional relationships and being able to connect patients with other trusted practitioners when their needs extend beyond our own scope of practice.
We want Nayeli to be a place where practitioners can do excellent work, build successful practices and feel genuinely connected to the clinic they practise within.
For that reason, we are not simply looking to fill available treatment rooms. We are looking for the right practitioners to become part of Nayeli.
