Traditional Thai Massage
A rhythmic, full-body treatment performed clothed on a mat or massage table. Combines assisted stretching, compressions, and breathwork.

Thai Table Massage
Stretch-based massage on a table using flowing movements to soften muscles and increase range of motion. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing.

Craniosacral Therapy
A gentle, hands-on technique that works with the central nervous system to relieve pain and promote deep relaxation. Helpful for physical and emotional imbalances.

Therapeutic Massage
A hands-on massage using Swedish, joint mobilization, and fascia release techniques. Ideal for full-body relaxation or focused treatment work.
