Marnie Kickbush
Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine
Marnie has always had a deep passion for learning, which continues to drive her both personally and professionally. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology before pausing her academic journey to focus on raising her family, with the clear intention of returning to further her education.
After the birth of her children, Marnie began experiencing chronic back pain that did not respond to conventional treatments. Seeking alternative options, she turned to acupuncture—a decision that proved life-changing. Her own healing experience sparked a profound interest in acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). This, combined with her longstanding fascination with anatomy, physiology, and the interconnectedness of the body and mind, inspired her to pursue a formal education in TCM.
In her clinical practice, Marnie takes a comprehensive, individualized approach to treatment. She integrates a variety of modalities, including acupuncture, cupping, electroacupuncture, gua sha, and personalized exercise and lifestyle recommendations. She has completed advanced training in orthopedic acupuncture and has a particular interest in treating musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and chronic pain. She also has experience supporting patients with digestive issues, stress, mental health challenges, headaches and migraines, and perimenopausal/menopausal symptoms.
Marnie is dedicated to helping her patients achieve lasting results by addressing the root causes of their health concerns. Her goal is to support long-term healing, enhanced well-being, and a better quality of life for every patient she treats.
Outside of work, Marnie enjoys walking her dogs, staying active with regular workouts, reading, and spending time with her family.
