Chezka is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who empowers patients to reach their treatment goals related to soft tissue and joint health. Raised in Vancouver, Chezka moved to Victoria to pursue a career in massage therapy. Through her schooling, she developed the fundamental skills needed to provide collaborative assessments, treatments, and home care. Fast forward to her current practice, Chezka has found interest with incorporating myofascial release and trigger point work into her treatments.

Treating patients encourages her to grow and expand her knowledge as an RMT. She understands that the effectiveness of massage therapy is not only from the manual skills, but also from the valuable skill of listening to each patient’s experience.
