Robert Hao
DC, RMT
Before becoming a chiropractor, Dr.Robert Hao spent ten years working as a registered massage therapist, experience that still shapes how he approaches patient care today. He completed his chiropractic degree at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic in 2023.
In practice, Dr. Hao combines chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, and therapeutic massage with tailored exercise programs to help patients rehabilitate and stay injury-free. He also pays close attention to nutrition and recovery, weaving both into his treatment approach.
His main focus is helping patients understand their own bodies and feel confident managing their health. Not just feeling better after an appointment, but building habits that last. He takes the time to listen, explain, and work through a plan that actually fits each person’s life and goals. Whether someone is recovering from an injury, managing a chronic issue, or just trying to move and feel better day to day, Dr.Hao aims to be a practical, approachable resource they can rely on for the long haul.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Hao stays active through cycling, Olympic weightlifting, and rock climbing, and is currently focused on powerlifting with his sights set on competing at the national level. Being an active athlete himself gives him a real appreciation for what sports and physical demands put on the body and what it takes to recover well.
