Dionne Averill is a certified medical aesthetician and laser technician with nearly two decades of experience in the beauty and skincare industry. As the founder of Fresh Glow Skin Co., she brings a results-driven and client-focused approach to advanced skin health and rejuvenation.

Dionne began her professional journey as a makeup artist in Vancouver, working on photo shoots, fashion shows, and film sets. Over time, she recognized that beneath every client’s request for flawless makeup was a deeper desire for naturally healthy, radiant skin. That insight inspired her to return to school to study skin anatomy and diagnostics and pursue clinical training under the guidance of a physician.

After becoming a certified laser technician and medical aesthetician, Dionne spent nearly a decade honing her skills at a leading clinic in downtown Victoria. There, she worked with industry-leading laser systems and maintained up-to-date certifications in a rapidly evolving field. She eventually launched Fresh Glow Skin Co., where she continues to provide high-quality care with warmth, precision, and integrity.
