Jade Wong is a Registered Clinical Counsellor who provides a compassionate, client-centered space for individuals seeking support through life’s challenges. Her approach is grounded, relational, and trauma-informed, with a focus on helping clients build resilience, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Jade works with youth and adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship difficulties. She brings a calm and inclusive presence to her sessions, adapting her therapeutic approach to each client’s needs and goals. Her work is deeply influenced by humanistic, narrative, and mindfulness-based practices, always holding space for the full complexity of each person’s experience.

With a strong belief in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship, Jade emphasizes connection, safety, and collaboration in the counselling process. She supports clients in developing greater self-awareness and emotional insight while cultivating the inner tools to navigate change.

Qualifications 

Jade holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology and is a member in good standing with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (RCC). She continues to expand her practice through ongoing professional development in trauma-sensitive approaches, cultural humility, and somatic awareness.
