Her practice weaves together counselling, somatic therapy, and shamanic energy healing to support emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and holistic healing. She holds a special focus on womb and reproductive health—supporting those experiencing fertility challenges, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, postpartum transitions, and birth trauma—while also offering holistic support for stress, trauma, and energetic blocks.
